We take your personal data seriously, and in this policy, we detail the collection, use and disclosure of your information that we collect when you use our website. By accessing the website or using our services, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this policy.

Retention period for personal data: 

  • Information submitted via the website form does not lead to instructions to provide our services. Information is kept for 12 months. 

  • Contact by any other means (e.g. email or telephone) which does not lead to instructions to provide our services. Information is kept for 12 months. 

  • When added to our marketing database Information kept for the duration of your consent (to be deleted upon consent being withdrawn). 

  • In the course of providing our services Information will usually be kept for 7 years from the closure of the matter unless we inform you otherwise.
